Our relationship with the London Metropolitan Police stretches back nearly fifteen years and our products and systems can be found in many applications from A&E ambulances, to rapid response paramedic cars, police cars, fire appliances and covert surveillance vehicles.
The auxiliary electrical solutions we supply are varied, but can often include:
- Mains powered chargers, for recharging vehicle batteries overnight or while on standby
- Deep cycle auxiliary batteries
- Split charging relays or more complex power management systems
- Flat battery protection
- DC to AC inverters for supplying mains power on-board
- Battery state of charge monitoring
The level of importance that our ‘Blue Light’ customers place on having reliable vehicle power systems is high, when it could easily mean the difference between a successful and unsuccessful operation. For that reason, we also offer a ‘design & supply’ service for vehicle converters, who may require assistance to ensure more complex electrical systems function as required.
We also manufacture sub-assemblies and electrical looms for vehicle converters undertaking large production runs, where ‘plug and play solutions’ can reduce installation times and using a ‘one stop shop’ can reduce logistics costs and increase profitability.
