With the extremely dynamic position of the UK dealing with the Covid-19 outbreak; We wish to reassure our suppliers, partners and customers that we have taken active measures to protect our employees, customers and supply chain.
Merlin Equipment are experts at providing remote technical support and advice. Our business systems allow us to work remotely from home where necessary with full control over stock, dispatch, technical support and our telephone exchange. We carry around 2-3 months of stock at any time plus we have shipments moving from our factories that guarantee continued supply for many months to come.
We do however take the health of our employees seriously. Therefore, our building is closed to outside visitors. Any who do need access to our facility must be pre-approved to ensure that the visit is necessary and must follow our own internal safeguarding procedures.
During this period of hiatus we are prioritising our Emergency Services customers with product and support so please bear with us on any delay to enquiries.
